Her journey began with her own experiences and challenges. As a wife, mother, grandmother, and a former PhD scientist with 20 years in basic research and 7 years in medical communication, she has worn many hats and faced many of the same challenges you do.
After retiring from the corporate world, she decided to study and become a Certified Health & Life Coach. She knew she wanted to help women navigate the complex landscape of health and wellness, especially during the transformative years after 50.
Her program, designed specifically for professional women, focuses on holistic health and sustainable habit change. It is designed to fit seamlessly into their busy lives, offering small, manageable changes that lead to significant, lasting results.
